OVERVIEW
Verizon embarked on a mission to demonstrate the immense capabilities of their newly launched 5G-powered iPhone, aiming to revolutionize the in-stadium experience for fans. During 2021 NFL season and Super Bowl 55, Verizon introduced the 5G Superstadium experience, which could be accessed through the NFL Mobile App. This innovative product was specifically crafted to highlight the speed of Verizon 5G. The standout features of this experience included multi-view, which allowed fans situated throughout the stadium to enjoy the Super Bowl from seven different camera angles simultaneously. Additionally, the augmented reality component delivered larger than life representations of NFL starts like Tom Brady, bringing them to live before fan’s eyes.
