OVERVIEW
Verizon introduced a loyalty platform known as Verizon Up, aimed at decreasing customer turnover and showing appreciation to their existing clients. The program offers a mix of exclusive benefits and unique, unforgettable experiences. As the head of social strategy for Verizon Up, my main responsibility was to utilize digital marketing to encourage more customers to join the program. Leveraging programmatic advertising on social media and search platforms, we successfully converted current Verizon customers to enroll in the program. I was also charged with capturing and producing captivating social media content during live events that highlighted the incredible rewards our customers received. These rewards include attending major events like the attending the Super Bowl and Coachella, along with opportunities to meet renowned artists like Lady Gaga
