OVERVIEW

During my tenure as the Social Lead at Verizon, I played a pivotal role in managing our sponsorship partnerships, including a significant collaboration with the NFL. Recognizing the immense reach of the Super Bowl as a platform for brand messaging, we at Verizon embarked on a special initiative to pay tribute to first responders. Titled "The Team That Wouldn't Be Here" and directed by Peter Berg, this captivating content series showcased the inspiring stories of eleven NFL players and a coach whose lives were saved by the selfless actions of first responders.
The campaign was led with a social first program honoring first responders and creating a UGC engine to drive donations. Each share donated $1 to the Gary Sinese foundation for First Responders.
